Terms and Conditions
1. Responsibility for Materials:
MC Designs is dedicated to delivering high-quality custom products. However, we are not responsible for any factory defects in the garments or materials provided by our suppliers. Any issues arising from manufacturing defects in the original garments or items are beyond our control and liability. We encourage customers to inspect all products upon receipt.
2. Payment Terms:
For first-time customers, full payment (100%) is required before MC Designs will begin any work on your order. This includes ordering materials, creating designs, and starting production. For repeat customers, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the order. Please note that no work will commence until the required payment or deposit has been received. The production timeline is contingent upon timely payment.
3. Design Approval:
Once you approve your design, no changes can be made. It is crucial that you carefully review the design before giving your approval. Any dissatisfaction with the design after approval is the customer’s responsibility, and no alterations or refunds will be accommodated. The approved design is final, and production will proceed exactly as per the approved specifications.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our work, MC Designs does not offer refunds. Each order is made specifically to your requirements, making refunds infeasible. In the rare event of a clear error on our part, a refund may be considered but only after a thorough investigation. Any potential refund or resolution will be at the sole discretion of MC Designs, and only when a significant error is evident.
Printing Disclaimer
Quality of Prints
-
The quality of our prints is directly dependent on the quality of the original files or documents provided (physical or digital).
-
Low-resolution images, scanned copies, or poor-quality files may result in suboptimal print results. While we make every effort to deliver the best possible quality, we are not responsible for prints deemed unacceptable due to the quality of the original materials.
Color Reproduction
-
Exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. Variations may occur due to differences in image complexity, gradients, and the limitations of the printing process.
-
Colors on printed materials may differ significantly from those displayed on digital screens, cameras, or other imaging devices due to varying calibration settings.
-
If precise color matching is critical, please provide Pantone or CMYK color codes where possible.
Image Resizing and Proportions
-
The size of the printed output will follow the instructions provided by the customer (via email, phone, or other means).
-
Resizing images to fit standard paper sizes may alter their original proportions. Low-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurry when enlarged.
-
Wider or taller images may leave margins on two sides of the printed document if they don’t fit standard dimensions.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results:
-
Provide high-resolution files (at least 300 DPI) in appropriate formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, or VECTOR file).
-
Review proofs thoroughly before approving. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including spelling, formatting, or color mismatches.
Proof Approval
-
A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing (when applicable). Customers are responsible for verifying all details, including design, layout, and text accuracy.
-
Approved proofs are considered final, and any errors identified post-approval will not be eligible for reprints or refunds unless they result from a technical issue on our part.
Resolution of Issues
-
If an issue arises due to miscommunication or unforeseen technical limitations, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, such as reprinting at a discount or offering other alternatives.
