RETURN POLICY
All products are custom made, therefore, all sales are final.
*Custom requests will be provided a mock for approval. 2 revisions to the design. once approved the item will be created and all sales are final.
AVAILABLE INVENTORY
Although we try to keep all items offered on our website in stock, occasionally there may be an item that is unavailable. You will be notified if this happens. You may order another garmet or cancel the order.
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying the outgoing shipping cost of your new item.

We ARE NOT responsible for "lost" or returned items due to an incorrect shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address, and to double-check shipping information on the Order Confirmation page, confirmation email, and also the shipping confirmation email.

If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, we may refund you the cost of the items—but NOT the shipping cost. If you choose to have your items re-shipped, you will have to repay the shipping cost.

Sometimes, items get lost or delayed in transit via USPS. Unfortunately, we have no control over these issues but will work with you as best we can to find or replace your items. We are not responsible for missing or delayed items due to USPS.

If you need an item by a certain date, please check with us BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Many of our items are HANDMADE or MADE TO ORDER and require additional production time. If you don't let us know that your order is urgent, we will never know.

Lead times vary on order size & item. Any custom made items take twice as long as we design them by hand. Please provide any time restraints to help us better plan accordingly.
